Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Fastdatafy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services
Fastdatafy provides data bundles, result checkers, AFA registration, and related digital services for the Ghanaian market. Delivery times may vary based on network provider availability.

3. Payments
Payments are processed via Paystack or wallet balance. All sales are final once a product has been successfully delivered. Refunds are issued only in cases of confirmed delivery failure.

4. Wallet
Wallet balances are non-transferable to real currency outside the platform, except through supported withdrawal methods for agents.

5. Agent Program
Agents who purchase store access agree to comply with platform pricing rules and are responsible for their own store's customer service.

6. Account Suspension
Fastdatafy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaging in fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
Fastdatafy is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party network providers or payment gateways beyond our control.

8. Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
